The hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam's Red Light District, better known as the Red Light District. Across the street is the world famous theater Casa Rosso. Other well-known attractions such as the Banana Bar, Hostpital Bar and Erotic Museum are a few steps away from the hotel.
You will also find many other attractions within walking distance, such as the Palace on Dam Square, the Oude Kerk, the Anne Frank House, but also popular shopping streets such as Kalverstraat and Nieuwendijk are just a stone's throw away. In short, a location where you do not need a car. If you like it, you can rent a bike to see a bit of the city, but our advice for optimal enjoyment walk through the city.
At less than a minute's walk you will find metro station Nieuwmarkt and if you walk a few minutes you are at Amsterdam Central Station where you will find all connections with bus, train, metro and tram. You can reach Schiphol in 15 minutes by train without having to change trains.
The hotel is located in a very attractive monumental building and has 12 rooms of different sizes. Rooms from 1 to 4 people, but if it is necessary, we will adjust a sleeve with an extra bed.
A number of rooms have a view of the Oudezijds Achterburgwal where there is always something going on. (Almost) all rooms have a private shower and toilet except for the two single tower rooms after these rooms share a shower and toilet.
The (non-smoking) rooms are equipped with fast WiFi, TV, refrigerator, kettle, toiletries and hair dryer. The Royal room also has the option of making coffee in the room.
The hotel bar is open 24 hours a day for hotel guests, but you will also find numerous catering establishments in the immediate vicinity.
In short, a nice hotel with countless possibilities in the heart of Amsterdam.
